(An invoice will be sent to your email from Prime Point Design Lab upon order confirmation.)

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds based on the following conditions:

✅ 100% Refund – If the project has not yet started.
✅ Partial Refund – If work has begun but the final design is not delivered.
❌ No Refund – If the final files have been approved and delivered.

2. Revision Instead of Refund

We encourage revisions rather than refunds. We will work with you to adjust the design to meet your expectations.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Payments made via credit card or PayPal will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • The final logo is delivered and approved.
  • The request is due to a change of mind after work is completed.
  • The delay was caused by client unresponsiveness.
