• Clients must provide clear project details to ensure accurate results.
• Revisions are included as per the selected pricing plan. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

3. Ownership & Copyright

• Upon full payment, the client receives complete ownership and commercial rights to the final logo.
• Prime Point Design Lab retains the right to showcase the design in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payments & Pricing

• Payments must be made in full before the final files are delivered.

5. Delivery Time & Revisions

• Logo design turnaround times depend on the selected package.
• Additional revisions beyond the package limit will be charged separately.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use our designs for:

❌ Trademarking without appropriate legal steps
❌ Reselling as a template or pre-made design
